Bio

Studied English Literature in Syria and completed several workshops related to the cinema in Syria, Lebanon, and Egypt, which included (scriptwriting, photography, videography, filmmaking production, and editing). I was part of the first cinema project to support independent filmmakers in Syria, "Poor Film." Moreover, I participated in several shorts and featured films with Syrian directors during the production and post-production phases. I have also participated in translating films and cinematic content into Arabic since 2015, and up to now. I made my first short featured film after graduating from The Cinematic Science and Art Diploma: "A'atabah, 2018". In 2022, I finalized a workshop with Stories Film and made my second short featured film, "Cold Feet, 2022." I was a trainer on production and creative production with Stories Film Lab in 2021 and participated in the production process of many films and projects. I have also participated in the Impact Lab Syria-Lebanon with Beirut DC in 2022 and completed a workshop about the production of independent films with DayDream Workshops in Egypt 2022. I've been active in the field since 2017, and currently, I'm working on distributing my second short, "Cold Feet."
