Bio
Jafar Muhammad is a young documentary filmmaker with the passion of telling stories about ecology and indigenous people.
He has attended a few filmmaking labs including Dhaka DocLab 2022 & Exposition of Young Film Talents 2022 organised by the Liberation War Museum, Bangladesh Cymru Climate Stories Lab organised by Wales One World Film Lab, European Film Market (Online).
He also worked in some other documentaries such as NoArk, Company Desh etc. His film 'A Non-Political Film About Birds' is currently on post production. This film is selected at 'Film For Change' organized by OXFAM. Jafar also works as a film activist.
For Jafar, Documentary is a way to express emotions and stories which we often overlook.
