Bio

Kait Halibozek is an impact producer and grassroots marketing strategist. With a decade of experience working at the intersection of social impact and entertainment, she believes in the power of film to educate, inspire, and create social change. She first became interested in impact producing while at Participant Media early in her career, and in 2015 she began working at award-winning impact agency Picture Motion. She spent over four years there, where she focused on developing strategies and implementing campaigns that blended grassroots marketing and distribution tactics with partnerships with nonprofits, governmental organizations, and faith organizations to bring content with a socially conscious angle to communities nationwide. Her work helped Picture Motion win multiple Shorty Social Good (now Shorty Impact) Awards, including for Red Bull Media House's Blood Road and National Geographic's docuseries Chain of Command. In 2019, Kait left Picture Motion and founded Kait Halibozek Consulting. Her clients have included PCH Films (Turning Point; Linda and the Mockingbirds), nonprofits BrightFocus Foundation and Project Blackbird, Nine Vine and Sideyard Studios (The Quiet Epidemic), and Boatrocker Studios (War Game, a 2024 Sundance Film Festival Official Selection). From 2021-2024, she was on the Advisory Board for HOME Storytellers, a nonprofit organization that uses the power of visual storytelling to amplify solutions to the refugee crisis.
