Bio
Nishtha is a media and community strategist with a decade long career spanning business development, cultural programming, content strategy. Her work is defined by a deep interest in how stories move people and how the right partnerships can turn an idea into a living conversation. She began her journey with Pinkathon, India’s largest women’s marathon raising awareness for breast cancer, which taught her the power of access and engagement and how trust, inclusivity and collaboration can transform an event into a movement.
Most recently, Nishtha worked as the distribution executive on Humans in the Loop, a feature that travelled across major festivals and community venues and won awards where she helped build a trust-based, grassroots model for independent film distribution. Her practice blends strategy and care whether it’s aligning stakeholders, activating creators and communities or creating events that lead to conversations rather than just consumption.
