Bio

Yael has been at the forefront of integrating film creation and social impact for nearly a decade, deeply believing in the power of art to transform opinions, thoughts, and lives. She spent five years as the Production Manager at the Gesher Multicultural Film Fund, where she supported filmmakers, and developed and produced numerous social initiatives for cinematic creation. She has extensive experience in managing large-scale projects, strategic planning, partner recruitment and working with donors, civil society organizations, festivals and more. She graduated with honors from the Sam Spiegel Film and Television School and earned a bachelor's degree with honors in Sociology and Anthropology from Tel Aviv University. Currently, she is an independent impact producer and the Head of Film and Impact at Albi- a cultural institution for social change.
